An Alerting & Incident Response (AIR) subsystem for CSIRT/SOC teams aligned with the ENISA/FIRST.org frameworks for EU-established best practices on incident response, while also enabling the prompt alerting, effective remote collaboration, and the development of fast response procedures through the enhancement of CSIRTs cooperation and the participation in the Cyber Crisis Liaison Organisation Network (CyCLONe) network.
Cybersecurity Operations Training (COT) subsystem
A Cybersecurity Operations Training (COT) subsystem supporting advanced Cyber Range -based training programmes, tabletop cyber exercises and MOOC-based training, allowing the delivery of trainings and exercises covering incident response, threat intelligence analysis, threat and incident information sharing, collaboration and response coordination, while continuously being refined with feedback received from (i) and (ii) above.

What is the aim of JCOP project?
JCOP will be a prototypical implementation of the Blueprint annexed in EC Recommendation C(2017)6100 on Coordinated Response to Large Scale Cybersecurity Incidents and Crises and a model that can be applied to all EU Member States.
JCOP will facilitate capability for shared situational awareness, preparedness, and coordinated incident response with the cybersecurity structures and mechanisms established under the Directive on Network Security and Information Systems (NIS Directive).
